 Food:
 Early Morning:hot water with honey and lemon
bkfast:1/2 cup kichdi(semolina cooked with veggies),papaya and raspberry juice.
lunch:1.5 cups of kichdi
snack:200 cal donut (i cheated on my first as i couldnt control my sugar carving).
night:juice (cucumber,spinach,blackberries,red/black grapes)
Excercise :(as per apple-watch)
86/30 min of workout -dance jam
10.7k/10k goal of walking reached
burned 640/580 cal goal.
i was pretty tired and legs were shaky after dance,but i did better on other day
day02
i did fasting today as it is Maha sivarathri.
food:
bkfast- plain idli(5 count, made of rice batter and steamed).
mng snack:handful of almonds and walnuts
lunch- 1.5 cup of papaya,1/2 cucumber.
snack-100 cal cupcake(i am really trying hard to reduce my intake).
night- 1 cup of lemon rice(i couldnt avoid it as its prasadam and was bit hungry and tired),
           1 chapathi.(medium size),no side dishes with all the foods
 Excercise :(as per apple-watch)
16min/30 excercise goal reached(i know i should have hit atleast 30 min)
6.8k/10k goal of walking reached .
burned 330/580 cal goal.
i was pretty tired and felt low in energy but had a sound sleep.
